All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. This typically averages 24 to 48 hours for standard processing. Please note that during high-volume periods—such as holiday rushes, major restocks, or unexpected stock arrivals—processing may take up to 72 hours. "Processing time" refers to the time it takes to prepare and pack your order and is separate from actual transit or shipping time. When an order includes pre-orders, all items—both in-stock and pre-order—are shipped together once all items are available. This ensures consistent tracking and order continuity. If you prefer in-stock items to be shipped immediately, you may request this at the time of ordering. Requests can be made via email, our contact form, or by asking us to annotate your account so that all future in-stock items ship immediately whenever pre-orders are present.

Shipping fees are based on actual product weights and dimensional values. Dimensional weight reflects how much physical space a package takes inside a transport vehicle or plane.

Under normal circumstances, the stated carrier delivery window is accurate 99% of the time. A small portion of shipments may take longer due to courier volumes. Deliveries may take longer if you live in an area experiencing unexpected service delays, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unscheduled regional transit events.

Nerd Urbanity will try to be as accurate as possible with delivery estimates, however, most carrier services are not guaranteed to arrive on the exact date or within the date range specified. Some one and two-day expedited services are guaranteed to arrive on a specific date but must meet specific criteria to be eligible. If your shipment does qualify and does not arrive as guaranteed by the carrier, Nerd Urbanity will refund your shipping fee.

Some very large or oversized collectibles may require special freight shipping instead of standard carrier transit. If an item requires specialized freight shipping, a clear note will be included directly in that item’s product description. When your freight-eligible item is available and ready to ship from our facility, we will contact you directly with the actual calculated freight cost. Please be advised that most oversized or large freight items can only be shipped to valid physical street addresses located within the contiguous United States.
