If a customer purchases an item and the price is later reduced on our website, we offer a price match opportunity within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.

Customer Guidance

If you notice that an item you purchased from Nerd Urbanity has since been marked down:

1. Contact Us:
   Reach out to us at support@nerdurbanity.com or reply to your original order email.
   Please include your order number and the current product link showing the new price.  
   
2. Eligibility:
   
• The item must be the same SKU or version and purchased directly from Nerd Urbanity.
• The request must be made within 14 days of your original purchase date.
• The lower price must be currently active on our site at the time of your request.
3. Adjustment Options:
   Once verified, we will either:
   
• Issue a refund for the difference, or
• Apply store credit equal to the price difference toward your next purchase.

   (Customers may also request a full cancellation and reorder if preferred, but in most cases, a simple adjustment is faster and easier.)
