Refunds & Returns Policy

1. All items purchased from Nerd Urbanity are eligible for a full refund, with return shipping covered by us. However, items with non-refundable deposits or returns outside the 30-day window may only qualify for partial refunds.
2. If you need to return an item beyond the 30-day window, you must request an extension before the 30 days pass. Returns approved outside that window are considered case-by-case and may incur a 15% restocking fee.

4. If packaging is damaged due to carrier negligence but the item remains undamaged and functional, we may refuse the return.
5. If cosmetic box damage is carrier liability, it is the consumer’s responsibility to report damages or file a complaint with the shipping agent.
6. In case of carrier loss, contact us and the carrier. If the item is deemed unrecoverable, a full refund will be issued.
7. If you receive an item different from what was specified, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.
8. Within 90 days, depending on stock, you may receive a replacement or store credit.
9. Documented proof of defects or discrepancies must be provided. Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items and all accessories.
10. If a discount code was used for the purchase, returning the item will result in the loss of that discount code, as it cannot be reissued.
